NFT (Non-Fungible Token)

An NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is a unique digital token recorded on a blockchain that verifies ownership of a specific item or piece of content. Unlike cryptocurrencies, which are interchangeable (one Bitcoin is the same as another Bitcoin), an NFT is indivisible and one-of-a-kind. It can represent digital artwork, music, virtual game items, event tickets, or other unique assets.

Each NFT contains information about its owner, as well as details about authenticity and transaction history, ensuring transparency and security. This allows artists and creators to sell their work without intermediaries, while buyers can be confident in the provenance and authenticity of their purchased item.
